Puhasta\/koori ja t\u00fckelda paprika ning sibul samuti v\u00e4ikesteks t\u00fckkideks. Koori porgand ja riivi j\u00e4meda riiviga. Pane sibul tilga \u00f5liga pannile pruunistuma, kui ta on saavutanud ilusa l\u00e4bipaistva jume, siis lisa porgand ja paprika. Hauta neid umbes 5 minutit ja lisa kana. Maitsesta soola, karri ja suhkruga. hauta kuni kana on kenasti l\u00e4bi k\u00fcpsenud ja j\u00e4ta kaane alla.
