Seej\u00e4rel t\u00f5sta k\u00f5rvale taldrikule jahtuma. L\u00f5ika filee sisse s\u00fcgavad s\u00e4lgud umbes iga 1 cm tagant ja ole ettevaatlik, et sa l\u00e4bi ei l\u00f5ikaks. Kalla ahjuvormi p\u00f5hja 1-2 dl vett ja k\u00fcpseta 180 kraadi juures, kuni liha on pehme. Serveeri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00fc\u00fcslaugu h\u00f5ngulised aedviljad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 suurt porgandit<br \/>\n2 paprikat<br \/>\n3 sibulat<br \/>\n3 k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu k\u00fc\u00fcnt<br \/>\nsoola, pipart<br \/>\noliiv\u00f5li ja v\u00f5id<\/p>\n<p>Koori porgandid, sibulad ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu k\u00fc\u00fcned. L\u00f5ika porgandid ja paprika kangideks. T\u00fckelda sibul ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauk peeneks. Kuumuta pann ja pane sinna t\u00f6rts oliiv\u00f5li ning umbes supilusikat\u00e4is v\u00f5id. Pruunista sibulad ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauk. Kui sibul ilusti l\u00e4bipaistva tooni omandanud, siis lisa porgandi ja paprika kangid. Maitsesta soola ja pipraga, ning prae kuni aedviljad on saavutanud sulle sobiva pehmuse (minule meeldib veidi hamba all kr\u00f5mpsuv porgand).
